Time schedule: (8.30 AM to 2.00 PM) Everyday except Fridays and Govt. Holidays.

Registration fee: 100 Taka (per visit). 

Patients will be given a registration card which contains a Medical Record Number.

Moulvibazar BNSB Eye Hospital keeps every Patients Medical Records for further treatments.
So, every patient is requested to keep the Registration Card safely.
